Iced Green Tea with Mint and Honey

This sweet and icy Tetley Green Tea with Honey and Mint is the perfect way to stay refreshed while soaking up some Spring sun! This recipe serves 6 to 8.

Ingredients:

6 cups water

5 bags of Tetley Pure Green Tea

1/2 cup mint leaves

1/3 cup honey

1 lemon, halved

Method:

  1. In a medium-sized pot, bring water to the boil. Once the water boils, remove from heat and add the tea bags and mint leaves. Cover the pot and let steep for 15 minutes.
  2. Strain the brewed tea, separating the liquid from the mint leaves and tea bags. Mix in the honey and juice squeezed from one half of the lemon into the tea. Transfer into a jug and let cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
  3. Cut the second half of the lemon into slices, add 1 to 2 lemon slices into each glass, along with a few mint leaves and ice cubes, then serve.
