Apple infused Tetley Green iced tea

Ingredients:

2 teabags        Tetley Pure Green tea

1L                    Boiling water

2                      Small (red) apples, sliced

500ml              Apple juice

¼ cup              Mint leaves, fresh

1 cup               Crushed ice

Method:

  1. Prepare the tea with the boiling water and let it steep for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the teabags and add the apple juice. Place in the fridge to infuse overnight.
  3. The next morning pour the infused tea into a jar, add the apple slices and mint leaves and add some crushed ice.
