Laager Cranberry & Wild Cherry Flavoured Rooibos Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Laager Cranberry & Wild Cherry Flavoured Rooibos Tea
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 ½ cups frozen black cherries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Method:

  1. Brew 1 cup of Laager Cranberry & Wild Cherry Rooibos Tea and allow teabag to steep for 7 minutes. Remove teabag and set aside to cool.
  2. Add ice to blender and blend until crushed.
  3. Add cherries, Greek yoghurt & protein powder (optional) to crushed ice and blend until smooth.
  4. Add the cooled Laager Cranberry & Wild Cherry Rooibos Tea to the blended mix and pulse for one last time.
  5. Serve immediately.
