Blueberry and Mango Smoothie

Start the New Week off right! Whether you’re in need of an energy boost or simply looking for an extra shot of vitamins, you have to give this smoothie a go!

Ingredients:

  • 1 – 1 ½ cups of Tetley Black tea, brewed and chilled
  • 1 cup of frozen or fresh Blueberries
  • 1 cup of frozen or fresh mango chunks
  • ½ a lime, zest & juice
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • ½ tsp. of ground flax seeds
  • ¼ cup of plain Greek yogurt

Method:

  1. Brew the black tea the night before and place it in the refrigerator to chill.
  2. In the morning, add all ingredients to your blender, pulse until it reaches a consistency you like, serve and enjoy!
