Coconut Milk & Earl Grey Iced Popsicles

Ingredients: 

2 Tins
Coconut milk 
1 Tin Condensed milk 
3 Cinnamon sticks 
6 Teabags

Tetley Earl Grey

 

Method:  

  1. Add the coconut milk, condensed milk, cinnamon sticks & Tetley Earl Grey Tea Bags into a microwaveable bowl. 
  1. Microwave on medium heat for 1-2 minutes. 
  1. Remove from the microwave, allow the tea to infuse & the mixture to cool. Remove the tea bags & pour into a jug.
  1. Divide the mixture between a popsicle mould. Freeze for 1 hour & then insert wooden ice-cream sticks. Freeze until solid.
