Start the New Week off right! Whether you’re in need of an energy boost or simply looking for an extra shot of vitamins, you have to give this smoothie a go!
- 1 – 1 ½ cups of Tetley Black tea, brewed and chilled
- 1 cup of frozen or fresh Blueberries
- 1 cup of frozen or fresh mango chunks
- ½ a lime, zest & juice
- 1 tsp. honey
- ½ tsp. of ground flax seeds
- ¼ cup of plain Greek yogurt
- Brew the black tea the night before and place it in the refrigerator to chill.
- In the morning, add all ingredients to your blender, pulse until it reaches a consistency you like, serve and enjoy!
